Sifu David Crowe and Sifu Kathy Crowe will lead traditional, slow, and gentle movement exercises based on Chinese martial and healing arts.

Tai Chi and Qigong (energy work) have been shown to manage stress, improve health and fitness, improve mental focus and increase vitality and energy. This class is suitable for young and old—and especially helpful for those seeking better balance, greater flexibility, and improved coordination. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
